Our Policy, Our Commitment

第九条 of the Education Amendments of 1972 is a 联邦法律 that prohibits sex discrimination in education. The law forbids sex discrimination in all university student services and academic programs including, but not limited to, 招生, 金融援助, academic advising, residential life, 体育运动, 纪律, recreational services, 健康, wellness and support services, academic assignments and grading. 第九条 also forbids sex discrimination in university employment and recruitment consideration or selection.

It is the policy of Stetson University, in accordance with federal and state law, to prohibit unlawful discrimination.
